Travel with pencils!

Smart colouring book series for kids and their parents - created and published by two artists
Our Story
This series of books was created by two artists, Alina and Katya. And we are completely in love with writing, making illustrations, and of course, travelling.

In 2019 we launched the project 'Travel with Pencils!' with a book about Amsterdam. This was just the beginning of an exciting journey through the most beautiful cities in Europe. Now we are about to release two new books about Barcelona and The Netherlands.

We tell stories about inspiring cities, their culture, and language. And famous artists who lived there. Our illustrations are made in black ink and printed on thick uncoated paper so that they can be easily coloured in.

Right now, whilst so many of our travel plans have been put on hold, we believe that books and creativity can bring us beyond country borders. We believe in imagination and the power of stories! Let's Travel with Pencils!
Alina Ozerova is the author and designer of this travel book series. She graduated from Gerrit Rietveld Academy of Art & Design in Amsterdam and has been living there since 2011. In 2019 she created this project and became the publisher of the children's book series "Travel with Pencils!".
Katya Belova is the illustrator of 'What Colour is Amsterdam?' and 'What Colour is Barcelona?'. She graduated from the Architectural Institute and currently lives in Moscow. Katya is an emerging book illustrator and a mom of three sweet boys. Her favourite drawing materials are ink and pencils.
